Return / Exchange Process

Submit a Return Request
You must raise a return request within 3 days from the date of delivery. -

Pickup Arrangement
Once approved, we’ll schedule a courier pickup from your doorstep for the item(s) you wish to return. -
Quality Check
After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. -
Confirmation & Refund/Exchange
Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirming the return approval and the refund/exchange process.
Refund Details

Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of return approval. -
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
COD orders are eligible for exchange only — not for refund. -
Discounted / Offer Items:
Items purchased under discounts, sales, or special offers are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

Must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Must include the original invoice and tags/labels (price tags, paper tags, packaging) intact.

Product must be free from stains, sweat, perfume, and damage.

Customized items (e.g., altered products, made-to-order pieces) are not eligible for return or replacement.

Blouses and preordered items are non-returnable.

Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

If canceled before shipping, you’ll receive a full refund of your payment.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return or exchange after delivery.
Refund Rules & Processing Time

Refunds are processed only via bank transfer or the original payment mode — no alternative refund methods are used.

Once your refund is approved, the credited amount (including product price and shipping fee, if applicable) will reflect in your account within 4 business days.

International Orders

Except in cases of damaged or defective products, international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
